Hirshfeld Ph.D. Throughout my education and career I have worked with individuals
experiencing a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, mood, obsessive-compulsive,
personality, and psychotic disorders, grief and loss, and addiction. I specialize in
providing psychotherapy from an integrated and evidence-based approach, utilizing
psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and dialectical behavioral therapies.

Dr. Russell J. Floyd
Dr. Ramirez is a psychological assistant in private practice supervised by Dr. Ayelet Hirshfeld Ph.D. She obtained her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. She also holds a masters degree in forensic psychology. Dr. Ramirez has worked in a variety of settings all which have focused on trauma, including community mental health centers, school settings (preschool, and elementary), inpatient hospital, outpatient clinics, forensic setting, and Veterans Affairs.

Dr. Lorena Ramirez
Michaela is our administrative assistant. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminology/Criminal Justice in 2015. She has a wide range of experience working with different groups of people including international students, victims of human trafficking, foster children, prisoners and medical patients. She enjoys meeting new people and getting to know them on a personal level, and she is always happy when she feels she is helping others. In her free time she enjoys reading, playing soccer, watching tv and spending time in nature with her partner and their 8 year old pitbull rescue Bubba.
